Sherilyn was born Sheryl Ann Fenn in Detroit Michigan 1st February 1965. She is an American actress who came to fame over here as the sublime and mischievous ‘Audrey Horne’ in Twin Peaks- she really made that show what it is, a classic of American television.
Sherilyn portrayed Elizabeth Taylor fantastically well and so true to form in Liz – The Elizabeth Taylor Story. Ms Taylor hadn’t’ originally wanted the show to be made but had to admit that Sherilyn did a wonderful job!
Sherilyn has appeared in many movies, Ruby Desire and Hell at Sunset Motel ‘Of Mice and Men’. She played a confused lesbian wonderfully in ‘Three of Hearts, much notoriety followed for Boxing Helena directed by David Lynch’s daughter Jennifer.
In the late 90’s she was cast in a lovely romantic comedy ‘Just Write’ with Jeremy Piven of ‘Ellen’fame. Darkness Falls was filmed over here in the Isle of Man with Ray Winston.
Her most recent film is titled ‘The Scensters’, is a film noir directed by The Vacationeers. Sherilyn has appeared in countless other television shows, including ‘Gilmore Girls’, in which the director loved her so much she cast her as two different characters in the show! In her last television role ’, she played another lesbian.
Sherilyn lives in Los Angeles with her partner Dylan and two children Myles and Christian. Over the last year Sherilyn has started a wonderfully insightful Blog called ‘Postcards from the Ledge’ I suggest you check it out, It’s a wonderful account of her life in Hollywood.

That we can carry babies in our bodies and birth them. And that we are master multitaskers.

Focus on truth. Fighting inequality. Constantly wanting to grow.

What draws you most to your friends?
Like minded ideas. People that are seeking. Fellow mothers.

Given the opportunity what would you most like to change?
The way that the world does not take care of its own. That people starve. All inequality. To create a world where human life is not so cheap.

Who would you most like to take out for dinner?
GOD

Your idea of happiness?
A rainy day with a pot of soup on, a fire in the fireplace, a nice glass of Pinot Noir and hanging with my man and my 2 boys watching a good movie. Or the same with ONLY my man…..

What is your favourite way of spending the day?
Peaceful, in pajama’s with NO agenda whatsoever.

Whose life other than yours would you most like to have lived?
I am happy and thankful for my life. It would be rejecting the beautiful life experience I have been blessed with good and bad. So I do not wish that.

Where would you most like to live?
Italy. Canada. In the snow covered mountains somewhere part of the year, and the other part in the Caribbean.

Marianne Williamson. Byron Katie. Lewis Carroll, a conscious being.

Who is your favourite poet?
Rainer Marie Rilke

Your favourite heroes in fiction?
The reluctant messiah. Jonathan Livingston Seagull.

Dagny Taggart

Rembrandt, Monet, Caravaggio

I have SO many. What comes to mind in this moment is: La Vie en Rose

Italian

Who do you most admire?
My mother for putting up with me. And my man for walking through the past 3 years, the hardest time of my life.

What is your present state of mind?
I am happy and thankful. Waiting to see what life brings in the next chapter of this life.
